Justin Bieber Wears USA Flag Dress and Say Sorry - Watch full Photos

Pop star Justin Bieber may have been attempting to make amends with his flamboyant choice of clothing in Nottingham today.

He insulted many Americans by labelling them 'evil' for not having a free healthcare system in a controversial magazine interview last month.

Instead of the red and white maple leaf pattern of his native Canadian flag, the 17-year-old opted for a Stars and Stripes OnePiece.

Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber was spotted last week sporting a stars and stripes one-piece outfit, causing many to suspect he's trying to make amends for calling Americans "evil."

In a recent Rolling Stone article, Bieber insulted many by saying "you guys are evil" for not having a free health care system as they do in his native Canada. Yet when visiting Nottingham, England, Bieber couldn't have shown more love for the country that made him into a global star.

"He's a young kid and said something that got blown well out of proportion," an insider tells me. "He loves America and is proud to wear the stars and stripes when he is traveling overseas."

Justin's outfit was made by OnePiece, a fast-growing loungewear company that has dressed Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, among others. It started up in 2007 when three hung-over Norwegians had the idea to sew together a hooded sweatshirt and a pair of sweatpants, connecting the two with a giant zipper.
