Justin Bieber Shirtless on Concert StageJustin Bieber ends his South American tour in VENEZUELA, getting Shirtless on Stage and thanks FANS.Before the show, Justin tweeted: “packing…about to head to the last show of the tour. wouldnt have all these myworldmemories without the fans coming to every show….”The latest news on Justin Bieber's follow-up album to 2010's 'My World' has come from Bieber's manager and was given out in an interview with 'The scoop is this: Bieber is working on the album, it's tentatively titled 'Believe' and it is likely to be out in the summer of 2012.Or possibly later. Or earlier.
"He's pretty adamant about writing a lot of (songs for 'Believe')," Braun said. "And he played me some stuff that he's been doing on his own. He wrote this amazing song that sounds like a Jodeci record. I'm really excited for him. This kid can sing his ass off. He's coming into his own."
