Wearing a white silk shirt with a sheet wrapped around his legs, Mr Uribe smiled as Miss Solis, 38, walked down a flight of stairs wearing a strapless ivory dress, a tiara and hot-pink lipstick.
Bed-bound and unable to look after himself, in January 2006, after five years of isolation, Mr Uribe made an impassioned plea on Mexican national television for help.
In March 2007, Uribe set a goal to lower his weight to 120 kg (260 lb). Uribe has also been featured on The World's Heaviest Man.
